Our client is a well-established allied health provider supporting children and families across the Mornington Peninsula for over 40 years. They provide services under the NDIS to children from birth to 12 years of age and are passionate about delivering high-quality, family-centred care within the community.
Their collaborative multidisciplinary team works closely with families, schools, childcare centres, and the wider community to support children in achieving meaningful outcomes. They are seeking a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about paediatric therapy and looking to grow alongside a supportive and values-driven organisation.
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Speech Pathologist to join the team on a contractor basis, with flexible working arrangements available across clinic-based, community, and hybrid settings.
This role is open to new graduates, early career clinicians, and experienced Speech Pathologists who are passionate about working with children and their families. In this role, you will:
Manage a varied paediatric caseload within a multidisciplinary environment
Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy for children with:
Autism
Communication challenges
Social skills and emotional regulation needs
Executive functioning difficulties
Self-care and participation goals
Deliver services within the clinic, schools, childcare centres, homes, and via Telehealth
Collaborate closely with families, educators, and allied health professionals to achieve positive client outcomes

Essential Criteria:
To be considered, you will have:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Current or eligible registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
Current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Working With Children Check
The following checks are also required (or willingness to obtain):
National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid Certificate including CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis training
