We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a dynamic Head Coach for our brand-new Genesis Armstrong Creek site, opening January****.

The Role
n
As Head Coach, you will lead the coaching culture, inspire members, support fitness programming and help create an engaging community from day one.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Deliver coaching and consultations;
n
support member onboarding;
n
drive engagement and retention;
n
build relationships;
n
support training programs;
n
build community and business partnerships
n
conduct tours and consultations
n
deliver outreach and promotional activities
n
support club launch and growth
n
Coach and inspire a high-performing team, and other team members
n
Build strong relationships within the local community and corporate
n
