The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's!Hungry Jack's – National Support CentreWe're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Property Lease Administrator to join our Property team and support the administration, tracking and reconciliation of occupancy costs across our national restaurant portfolio.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working with numbers, leases and financial information and has the attention to detail to ensure rental payments, outgoings and other property costs are accurate and processed in line with lease requirements.

About the RoleWorking closely with our Property, Finance and Accounts Payable teams, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining key property and occupancy cost information.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property and lease information within our databaseReviewing monthly rental invoices against lease terms and coordinating payments with Accounts PayableReviewing and calculating rent reviews, adjustments and applicable back chargesMonitoring critical lease dates and ensuring required actions are completed on timeReviewing and reconciling budgeted and actual property
outgoingsIdentifying
and investigating discrepancies, unusual increases and charges that may not be payable under the relevant leaseReviewing sundry property charges and invoices for accuracyReviewing turnover rent calculations against applicable lease thresholds and
percentagesCoordinating
with Finance regarding turnover sales and turnover rent
requirementsPreparing
monthly summaries and reconciliations of rental and outgoing
adjustmentsMaintaining
accurate supporting documentation and records in
SharePointResponding
to queries from internal stakeholders, landlords and managing agentsAbout YouYou'll be someone who is analytical, organised and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Ideally, you'll bring: Previous experience in property, lease administration, finance, accounting or a similar
analytical/administrative
roleTertiary qualifications, preferably with an accounting, finance, property or related backgroundStrong numerical and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracyThe ability to interpret lease terms and apply them to payments, reviews and
reconciliationsStrong
organisational skills and the ability to work to tight
deadlinesConfidence
working with financial information, invoices and
reconciliationsStrong
Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelClear communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of intenal and external
stakeholdersExperience
within retail property, commercial leasing, lease administration or occupancy cost management would be particularly advantageous.
