Responsibilities
n
n
Proactively map, prospect, and penetrate your assigned territory (Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, ACT) using cold calling, networking, and industry referrals.
n
Build long‐term trust with prospective and existing customers by deeply understanding their operational needs.
n




Demonstrate the full range of Manitou's current and used equipment and advise customers on solutions that meet their unique requirements.
n
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, turning leads into long‐term partnerships.
n
Collaborate with internal teams to champion the Manitou product line and ensure customer success.
n
Maintain impeccable records of interactions and progress using the Salesforce CRM system.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Australian citizenship or permanent residency with valid work authorisation.
n
1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience in equipment, heavy machinery or related industries.
n
Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
n
Strong commercial acumen and strategic territory‐management skills.
n
Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, can‐do attitude.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a high‐performing team.
n
Full car licence to cover the territory across Sydney.
