4+ years working as a processor for an Australia-based mortgage broker
n
Must know how to read payslips, tax return & financials
n
Must know how to verify applicant information and living expenses
n
Must be experienced with multi-property clients, self-employed clients
n
Must have experience actively finding solutions for clients via researching lender policy and workshopping scenarios with BDM'S
n




Extensive experience handling entire lending process from information gathering stage to settlement
n

Core responsibilities

Review loan applications and supporting documents
n
Verify applicant information and documentation
n
Coordinate with
underwriters/creditors
to ensure timely processing
n
Communicate with customers to request additional information if needed
n
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
