Job Description
n
Swissôtel Sydney is seeking a passionate and driven Learning & Development Officer to join our People & Culture team. This role plays a key part in supporting the learning journey of our Heartists®, ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Accor and Swissôtel brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate, deliver, and support learning and development programs across all hotel departments
n
Facilitate hotel induction programmes and mandatory compliance training
n
Support leadership development initiatives and internal talent development programmes
n
Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and support performance development
n
Partner with managers to design and deliver effective departmental induction and on‐the‐job training programmes.
n
Promote a strong learning culture that aligns with Swissôtel's values and service excellence
n

Qualifications
n
About you:
n
n
A genuine passion for learning, development, and people growth
n
Previous experience in Learning & Development or a similar role (hospitality experience highly regarded)
n
Robust facilitation and presentation skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
n
Confident using learning management systems and Microsoft Office
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced, guest‐focused environment
n

Additional Information
