We are currently seeking an experienced Blender / Batch Maker to join a growing manufacturing team in Melbourne's South-East.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous experience working with ingredients, batching, blending or manufacturing processes.

About the Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Preparing and batching materials in line with procedures
n
Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately
n
Operating blending and processing equipment
n
Monitoring production processes
n
Conducting quality checks
n
Completing production and batch records
n
Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
n
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
n
Identifying and reporting any issues during production
n
About You
n
To be successful,



you will have:
n
Previous experience in food, beverage, manufacturing or similar environments
n
Experience with batching, blending or production processes
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Good understanding of hygiene and quality requirements
n
Positive mechanical and technical aptitude
n
Ability to follow procedures and documentation
n
Reliable and hardworking attitude
n
Ability to work well within a team
n
A relevant food manufacturing qualification and LF Forklift Licence will be highly regarded.
