About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager with a strong clinical background to lead one of our large residential aged care facilities located in Melbourne's West.
n
Reporting to executive leadership, you will take overall operational responsibility for the home, ensuring outstanding clinical governance, strong financial and occupancy performance, compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, and a positive culture for residents and staff.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Drive day-to-day operations, financial management, and resource allocation.
n
Oversee clinical governance, AN-ACC operations, and continuous quality improvement.
n
Lead, recruit, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to foster high performance and staff retention.
n
Maintain strict compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements.
n
Drive occupancy strategies and build strong relationships with residents, families,



and community stakeholders.
n
Selection Criteria
n
Qualifications: Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) is mandatory.
n
Management Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Facility Manager (or General Manager) leading large residential aged care facilities.
n
Industry Experience: Extensive, hands-on experience in Australian residential aged care is necessary.
n
Skills: Solid clinical governance, AN-ACC management, financial acumen, and proven leadership abilities.
n
Work Rights: Must be available for full-time work with full Australian work rights.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary of $165,000 - $185,000 + Super.
