Job Description
Wellways Australia is seeking a Casual PARC Recovery Worker in Bairnsdale to support short-stay, recovery‐oriented residential care. You will engage with participants, work within a multidisciplinary team, and help run groups and activities on site.
The role offers access to development opportunities and requires flexibility for sleepovers, afternoons and weekends. Prior mental health or disability experience is valued.
Reimbursement for fuel receipts or alternative travel, such as bus or train. Accommodation allowance up to $162 per night, including GST (for the room only, and invoice evidence must be provided).
