To be successful you must have the following:
n
n
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, or an experienced Project Manager ready to step up, within commercial construction.
n
A solid track record of successfully delivering commercial construction projects from commencement through to handover, ideally up to $5M.
n
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
n
A commercial mindset and the ability to take ownership of project outcomes.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
n
The ambition to progress into a broader leadership position while remaining involved in the delivery of projects.
n
