An exciting opportunity has become available with a well-established and growing Brisbane construction business delivering a diverse pipeline of commercial, industrial and government projects. This is a genuine senior leadership opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys being hands-on, leading people and having ownership across project delivery.

The Role
n
You will be responsible for approximately $30M of work annually, leading a team of 5 across project delivery:
n

Manage multiple commercial, industrial and government projects
n
Take ownership of budgets, programs and project performance
n
Oversee procurement, subcontractors and consultants
n
Manage variations, claims, risk and commercial outcomes
n
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
n
Drive quality, safety and compliance
n
Mentor and develop your project delivery team
n
Work closely with senior leadership to drive project and business outcomes
n

About You We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Manager with:
n
n
Strong commercial construction experience
n
Proven experience managing sizeable projects or portfolios
n
Previous leadership or team management experience
n
Strong commercial and financial understanding
n
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
The ability to lead a team while maintaining high project delivery standards
n
