Join the People & Safety team at Blackwoods Group

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused HR Coordinator to join us on a 12-month contract. This role supports key people processes at the beginning of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, contracts, onboarding, employee records and HR support.

What you'll do
n

Prepare employment contracts and employee documentation
n
Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
n
Manage HR enquiries, employment verifications and people records
n
Assist with recruitment administration and background checks
n
Coordinate employee referral programs and vendor invoicing
n
Support HR, Talent Acquisition and payroll-related administration
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll or administration
n
Experience in employment contract generation
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Experience working in a faced paced team setting
n




Ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately
n
Intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Office and business systems
n
