About the Role
n
The Underground Shift Supervisor is responsible to safely deliver plan, performance and quality across our project. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of underground mining processes, with a commitment to safety.

Location: Goldfields region, WA
n
Roster: 7:7 (alternate Days and Nights) OR 14:14 (Days and Nights)
n

Lead daily performance: safety, plan compliance, cost and quality
n
Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team
n
Own schedules, resources and interfaces with
contractors/suppliers
n
Drive reliability and continuous improvement
n
Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected

What You'll Bring
n
n
Demonstrated experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role.
n
Be able to monitor your crews' competencies and training requirements.
n
Leadership and supervisory experience in large teams.
n
WA Statutory Supervisor (S26) Certificate (Essential).
n
Valid manual C Class Australian Drivers Licence (Essential).
n
Shotfirers Licence, Dangerous Good Security Card and Senior First Aid Certificate (Essential).
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
n
Detailed knowledge of underground mining and safety regulations.
n
