Mars Healthcare is partnering with a leading not-for-profit organisation to recruit a
Senior Recovery Partner
for its established community mental health team in
Bentley, Perth
.
This is an opportunity for an experienced mental health qualified to step into a senior role where your leadership, clinical understanding and commitment to recovery will directly support people living with complex mental health challenges.

The opportunity
Permanent full-time position
Monday-Friday, business hours (76 hour fortnight)
Based in Bentley, Perth
Salary packaging of up to
$18,550

About the role
You'll support people living with severe and persistent mental health conditions within a community-based residential program.
Working alongside clients, families, professionals and external services, you'll help people build confidence, promote independence, achieve personal goals and strengthen their connections with the community.
As a senior member of the team, you'll provide leadership, mentoring and day-to-day guidance to Recovery Partners. You'll help foster a positive team culture, support consistent service delivery and ensure recovery-oriented, person-centred practices remain at the heart of the program.
The role will also involve contributing to service coordination,
documentation, stakeholder engagement, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to use your experience to support both individual client outcomes and the ongoing development of the service.
About you
You'll ideally have:
Certificate IV in Mental Health or a relevant tertiary qualification
Experience supporting people with complex or persistent mental health conditions
Previous leadership, mentoring or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of recovery-oriented and person-centred practice
The ability to build respectful, trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Confidence supporting staff and contributing to a collaborative team environment
A genuine commitment to promoting independence, choice and quality of life
The resilience, empathy and professionalism required to work in a community-based mental health setting
