Seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at a leading insurance broking company in Mulgrave, VIC- Full-time contract with the opportunity to take over a retiree portfolio
n
Responsible for managing midmarket clients and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
n
Market-facing role, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within the insurance industry
n
Extensive handover time provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role
n
Utilize your expertise in insurance broking to provide tailored solutions and advice to clients
n




Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations
n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure clients are receiving the most relevant and effective insurance solutions
n
Act as a mentor to junior team members and assist in their career development
n
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand networks and promote the brand
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
n
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
n
Relevant qualifications and certifications in insurance broking highly desirable.
