We are hiring for a Works
Coordinator/Customer
Service Officer to join our team.

You'll work with business customers on a wide range of queries, where you'll work out solutions and ensure they feel well looked after.

As the Works Co-Ordinator, you are the true voice of the customer and often the face of our business for many of our customers.
n
You'll work to resolve customer issues, which involves engaging with most teams across the business and a wide range of subcontractors to deliver on a range of activities such as raising work orders, following up driver requirements and much more.

Who you are
n
You'll have prior experience with business customers, in either a customer care or support role. Ideally you'll enjoy working in a busy, supportive team setting.
