Forestway Fresh is a long-established gourmet food retailer in Terrey Hills, offering fresh produce, premium groceries, butcher and bakery products, flowers, liquor, prepared gourmet foods, cafe services and online ordering.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the continued growth of the business by identifying market opportunities and developing effective marketing and promotional initiatives for a full-time position.
n
Responsibilities and Duties:
n
n
Research customer demand, purchasing patterns, competitor activity and market trends relevant to fresh food and gourmet retail.
n
Identify market opportunities for new and existing products and services across in store, online and food service channels.
n
Develop and implement marketing plans, objectives and promotional programs to support business growth and sales targets.
n
Advise management on product mix, pricing, promotions, customer targeting and distribution channels.
n
Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns across digital, social media, print and in-store channels.
n
Analyse sales, customer and campaign data to measure marketing performance\ and recommend improvements.
n




Coordinate the development of marketing materials and promotional content with internal teams and external suppliers.
n
Monitor consumer trends and provide recommendations on seasonal campaigns, new product opportunities and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:
n
n
Relevant Qualifications.
n
At least one or two years of previous experience in similar roles.
n
Demonstrate strong market research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Have experience in digital marketing, social media, website content and promotional campaigns.
n
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple marketing activities.
n
Be able to work effectively with management, internal departments and external suppliers.
n
Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy and attention to detail.
n
Ensure that all marketing activities are consistent with the company's brand, vision, mission and business objectives.
