About The Role
n
Reporting to the People Systems Director, this is an exciting opportunity for an People Systems skilled to join a collaborative team in a role that offers genuine ownership, variety and impact.
n
You'll act as the go-to expert across a range of HR and payroll systems, partnering closely with Payroll, People Services, HR, Finance and external stakeholders. Responsible for maintaining system integrity, security and performance, you'll also play a key role in systems transformation initiatives, including the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
n
This role will suit someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, improving processes and balancing day-to-day systems administration with continuous improvement and project work.
n
Key Areas of Focus Include:
n
n
Managing and administering HR and payroll systems including SAP S/4HANA Payroll, SuccessFactors, Kronos and DoneSafe
n
Maintaining data security, integrity, compliance and system performance across the people technology landscape
n
Supporting the implementation and ongoing optimisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central
n
Providing system administration, troubleshooting and support to stakeholders across the business
n
Managing position structures,



system updates and user access requirements
n
Developing meaningful reporting, analytics and workforce insights for key stakeholders
n
Partnering with Payroll, People Services, HR and Finance teams to support business priorities
n
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working
n
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and broader people projects
n
Acting as a trusted subject matter expert across people systems and reporting
n
n
About You
n
You'll be a systems-focused HR/People professional who enjoys getting into the detail, solving problems and making things better. Curious, proactive and hands-on, you'll thrive in an environment where you can take ownership, build relationships and contribute to meaningful change.

To be successful, you'll bring:
n
n
Previous experience working with HR and/or payroll systems from an administration, specialist or systems-focused role
n
Experience with systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Kronos, Workday, SmartRecruiters or similar platforms
n
Strong understanding of system administration, data integrity, security and reporting
n
Ability to manage requests and initiatives end-to-end while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
n




Experience working with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar
n
Exposure to both salaried and hourly workforce environments
n
Knowledge of Australian payroll processes and awards will be highly regarded
n
Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or another complex workforce environment is advantageous
n
A collaborative approach, strong stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine desire to learn and grow
