Role Summary
n
We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central Benefits to support implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring Benefits, understanding HR processes, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors EC and Perks solutions.
n
Configure and support:
n
Benefits Programs and Plans
n
Eligibility Rules
n
Open Enrollment and Life Event Scenarios
n
Workflows and Business Rules
n
Support integrations between EC, Benefits, Payroll, and third-party vendors.
n
Lead SIT/UAT activities and support production deployments.
n
Provide functional guidance, issue resolution,



and recommendations aligned with SAP best practices.
n
n
Required Skills & Experience
n
n
6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong focus on Employee Central.
n
Hands-on experience with Employee Central Benefits configuration and administration.
n
Expertise in Business Rules, MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Workflows, and RBP.
n
Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Employee Central implementations.
n
Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and benefits administration.
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
n
Preferred Qualifications
n
n
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
n
Experience with global Benefits programs and Benefits-Payroll integrations.
n
Knowledge of Integration Center and SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
