Your new role
n
We are currently seeking experienced Roller Operators and HC Licenced Watercart Operators to support the construction of a new highway project near Mount Isa. Working on a 10/4 day-shift roster (10-hour days), you will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently while contributing to the successful delivery of road construction works.
n
Key duties will include:
n

Operating Rollers or HC Watercarts on road construction and upgrade works
n
Following project specifications and site procedures
n
Conducting pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
n




Working closely with supervisors and other operators to meet production targets
n
Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality standards
n
n
What you'll need to succeed
n
n
Demonstrated experience working on civil construction projects, ideally road construction or highway upgrades
n
Relevant RII
tickets/competencies
for the machinery you operate
n
Current HC Licence (Watercart Operators)
n
Strong understanding of safe operating procedures
n
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
n
Reliable work ethic and commitment to project outcomes
n
