THE POSITION:
Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes to high standards, considering dietary requirements and guest preferences
Prepare, cook, and serve meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests
Deliver exceptional service to staff, residents, and guests
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene protocols
Adapt to different environments and kitchens while consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences
THE PERSON:




A minimum in Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Experience in quick-paced environments, ideally in remote site kitchens
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques
High-volume catering, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience
Provide updated national police clearance not more than three months
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening
