You will develop comprehensive assessments and care plans, and ensure documentation meets AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
Applicants should have a nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration, and a genuine desire to make a difference in residents' lives.
Experience in aged care is preferred.
