What you will do:




Prepare and dispense aseptic products in accordance with GMP, NHS standards, and hospital procedures.
Carry out accuracy and quality checks to ensure medicines are prepared and supplied safely.
Maintain high standards of aseptic technique and comply with relevant quality assurance procedures.
Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to support effective pharmacy services.
Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with NHS requirements and local procedures.
Participate in audits, quality assurance activities, and service improvement initiatives.
Follow all relevant policies and procedures relating to medicines management, health and safety, and infection prevention.
Contribute to the secure, efficient, and timely delivery of aseptic pharmacy services.
Band 5 Pharmacy Technician experience.
Previous NHS Aseptic or Technical Services experience.
Knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Strong quality assurance awareness and attention to detail.
Experience with accuracy checking.
Ability to work effectively within a pharmacy and wider multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and professional practice.
