Speech Pathologist | South-East Perth | Private Practice | Full-time or Part-time

We are hiring for a well-established private practice in Perth's south-east to appoint a Speech Pathologist to their multidisciplinary team.
The practice has built a strong local reputation over several years, has a steady stream of referrals, and offers the kind of environment where clinicians tend to stay — supportive leadership, sensible caseloads and colleagues who genuinely enjoy working together.
About the role
You'll see clients across the lifespan — paediatric through to adult and older-adult — working across communication and swallowing.
The caseload is genuinely diverse, so you can lean into your areas of clinical interest while broadening your skills in others.
Sessions are a mix of clinic, community and telehealth.
Day to day, you will:
Complete comprehensive assessments for speech, language, voice, fluency and dysphagia
Develop individualised, evidence-based treatment plans in partnership with clients and families
Deliver 1:1 intervention, and group sessions where clinically indicated
Collaborate with the in-house multidisciplinary team and external treating clinicians
Maintain clinical documentation and complete NDIS,



Medicare and DVA reporting as required
Provide education and coaching to families, carers and support workers

About you:
Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP) eligible or certified
Experience assessing and treating communication and/or swallowing disorders — new graduates with strong placement experience are welcome to apply
Comfortable across paediatric and adult caseloads (or keen to broaden into one)
Robust clinical reasoning, documentation and interpersonal skills
Current WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
