The Sales Support candidate provides support to our ever-growing list of clients in the mid-market and education sectors.
This is an exciting and fast-paced role that focuses on managing client's, internal stakeholders day-to-day enquiries, orders, quotes and projects, and works closely with sales and vendor partners to generate hardware sales and maintain renewals.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support and Customer Service
Manage and respond to enquiries received through the Sales Support mailbox.
Provide support to customers and Account Executives, including:
Creating and maintaining quotes.
Providing order status updates.
Responding to order-related, pricing and quote enquiries.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver a high level of service.
Quoting and Order Processing
Liaise with distributors and vendors to obtain pricing, availability and relevant product information.
Process customer orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Review quote and order information to identify and resolve discrepancies before processing.
Opportunity and Renewal Management
Create, update and maintain sales opportunities.
Manage licence and maintenance (L&M;) renewal activities.
Action proactive renewal opportunities and quotations received from distributors and vendors.
Work with distributors and vendors to identify renewal upgrades, enhancements and alternative solutions that may benefit customers.
Compliance and Reporting
Assist with compliance requirements and customer reporting obligations.
Maintain accurate and complete records across relevant business systems.
