What You'll Do
Play an key role across ongoing trackers and ad hoc research projects
Manage sampling, quotas, weighting and external fieldwork partners
Use primary and secondary data to uncover meaningful consumer stories
Work directly with clients and build strong relationships
Coordinate projects internally and with clients to ensure high-quality delivery
Apply Jobs to Be Done thinking to understand the challenge behind each brief
Use Q and AI-enabled tools to support efficient, accurate research delivery
Turn findings into clear insights that help clients answer important business questions
What You'll Bring
Around 1-3 years' experience in quantitative market research, insights or a related consulting environment
A relevant qualification in psychology, marketing, business, anthropology or a related discipline
Hands-on experience with methodologies such as pack testing, concept testing and tracking studies
Ideally, exposure to more complex methodologies such as PPA and Usage & Attitude studies
An understanding of NPS and an interest in Jobs to Be Done thinking
Experience using Q, or the ability to learn current analysis platforms quicklyCreative thinking and genuine curiosity about the story behind the data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisation, attention to detail and project coordination skills
A growth-focused mindset and genuine appetite for learning, feedback and career development
An interest in how AI is changing research and a willingness to build your capability in this area
A proactive, resilient and collaborative approach
