This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, high‐volume late‐night environment, knows how to build a excellent team and understands how to turn memorable guest experiences into strong commercial results.
What's on offer $85,000–$95,000 + Super + performance bonus up to $44,000 p.a. — OTE up to $139,000 + Super

What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of the overall performance of Retros — from people and culture to operations, compliance and commercial results.
Lead, coach and develop a high‐performing venue team.
Be visible and hands‐on during key trading periods.
Drive a fun, energetic and guest‐focused culture.
Own labour, rostering, stock management and venue performance.
Understand your P&L; and identify opportunities to grow the business.
Deliver events, promotions and activations that drive trade.
Maintain strong standards across safety, licensing and compliance.
About you
We're looking for a strong hospitality operator with proven experience leading busy, high‐volume venues.
Experience in late‐night, entertainment, bars or high‐volume hospitality will be highly regarded.
You'll be commercially switched on,



confident leading a team and comfortable being right in the middle of the action when the venue is at its busiest.
Most importantly, you'll bring energy, personality and a genuine love of hospitality.
