As a Junior Accountant, you will build on the experience you've already gained, work closely with senior leaders, and receive ongoing mentorship to help you grow.

Key responsibilities include:
Preparing Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
Completing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG obligations
Managing payroll tax and workers compensation reconciliations
Liaising with statutory authorities and supporting clients
Participating in team events and monthly tax updates
Supporting a culture of growth, accountability, and shared success
About You
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Chartered Accounting practice
Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
Commenced your CA, or eager to get started — we'll back you the whole way
Familiarity with practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks — or a strong aptitude for picking up current systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude
Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
