About the Role
We're looking for a commercial lawyer to build our legal function in Australia from the ground up.
You'll be the go‐to legal brain for the entire region, a key advisor to our leadership, and the driving force behind our most important deals.
This is a part‐time role (think 2-3 days a week) because we care about your output, not your hours.
Key Responsibilities
You'll run complex SaaS, software, and partnership negotiations with major health providers from start to finish.
Our leadership team will rely on your clear, practical advice on everything from privacy and data security to new market entry.
You'll create and refine the legal templates, processes, and culture that will scale with us for years to come.
What We're Looking For
Australian‐qualified lawyer with a current practising certificate and a strong background in corporate and commercial law (from a great firm or in‐house team).




Famous for being commercially minded—understand that the law is a tool to achieve business goals, not a barrier.
Experience in tech (especially SaaS) or health is a huge plus.
Love autonomy and excited to be the sole legal expert for a fast‐growing region.
Self‐starter who just gets things done.
