We are seeking
2Physiotherapists
who is passionate about providing client-focused care in the community.
This role is hands-on, meaningful,



and rewarding — you'll be supporting clients to improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance their independence in their own homes.
As a Physiotherapist, you will:
Deliver safe, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual needs.
Conduct assessments and contribute to care planning and reviews.
Provide rehabilitation, mobility training, and exercise programs to support client goals.
Work closely with clients, families, and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Current driver's licence and reliable lor or Master s vehicle (required for community visits).
National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Experience
Minimum 2 years' clinical experience, with some related experience in community or aged care settings.
Demonstrated experience in physiotherapy assessments, and interventions for older adults.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a MDT team
Preferred Skills
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge of Support at Home, CHSP, and My Aged Care frameworks.
Experience with mobility / falls assessments and Aged Care Funding documentation.
Understanding manual handling, dementia care, and falls prevention strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and respectful approach to older clients.
Proven ability to manage time, prioritise workload, and work autonomously in the community.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional ethics, and continuous improvement.
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
