About the prospect
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you'll help create cherished moments and better health outcomes for residents each day.
The Endorsed Enrolled Nurse practices as per the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) policy and guidelines regarding nursing scope of practice.
They are a member of the multidisciplinary team who work closely with residents and their families or representatives.




They are expected to lead a team of staff, be role models, complete day to day tasks and report any issues and adverse advents to the Clinical Care Manager.
They will assist staff in undertaking assessments, treatment, documentation and activities.
They will have a number of year's experience in aged care settings and have the ability to work independent.
The Endorsed Enrolled Nurse will have an important role in providing leadership and supervision to staff and be expected to lead in the provision of quality care to residents by ensuring the delivery of skilled, individualised care to the highest possible professional standard.

To thrive in this role, you will have: Current EN registration with AHPRA.
Experience in aged care preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
Police check




Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
