Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Finance Officer/Specialist to support operations at Melbourne Airport.
As Finance Officer/Specialist, you will deliver accurate and timely financial processing across invoicing, receipting, revenue reconciliations and debtor management, supporting robust controls and key deadlines.

What you will do?
Process and reconcile weekly site revenue, maintaining accurate balance sheet and accounts receivable reconciliations
Prepare, issue and reconcile customer invoices, manage receipting and debtor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
Monitor aged receivables, follow up overdue payments and **escalate high-risk accounts as required**
Conduct supplier and customer account reconciliations and investigate variances through to resolution
Assist with monthly financial reporting while maintaining audit-ready documentation and compliance with internal policies and external standards
Partner with operations and the finance team to improve processes, communicate updates clearly,



and meet business deadlines
More about you
Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in accounts receivable and end-to-end invoicing and collections
Familiarity with financial systems and POS platforms, with hospitality or events experience desirable
Strong attention to detail, initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Solid financial acumen and transparent communication skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders
High level of confidentiality and aligns with Delaware North values and behaviours
