Must have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
The Role
Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment
Supporting daily kitchen operations across a variety of outlets and events
Maintaining exceptional food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in all food production
Collaborating with diverse culinary teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Contributing to a positive team culture and operational excellence across multiple venues
What you'll bring
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (essential)
Previous experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP requirements
Ability to adapt quickly and work across different kitchen environments
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
A passion for delivering quality food and exceptional guest experiences
