About the Role
You'll work across a broad mix of commercial property matters, including:
acquisitions and disposals
commercial, retail and industrial leasing
property development and subdivisions
due diligence and complex advisory work
supporting commercial transactions with property components
You'll have the opportunity to run your own matters, work closely with senior practitioners and contribute to a team-oriented, low‐ego team, through:
Managing your own property files end‐to‐end




Drafting and negotiating high‐quality contracts, leases and related documents
Advising clients across a range of commercial property issues
Working with developers, landlords, tenants, SMEs and private clients
Supporting broader commercial matters where property expertise is needed
Contributing to a positive, team‐focused environment
About You
You will ideally have:
5+ years PAE
in commercial property
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Confidence running matters independently
A warm, professional communication style
The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
A genuine interest in a CBD boutique practice and long‐term client relationships
