Job Description
SBA demand for TOM
(Target Operating Model)
Solid business analysis capability (primaryfocus – *****%)
Operating Model knowledge and experience ( Lead(as BA role with allocated Service) future‐state process and operatingmodel design, build and embed activities including process mapping,workshops, accountability models (e.g. RASCI), and alignment to valuechains or capabilities)
Technical & data awareness (40%)- Act asa bridge between business intent and solution delivery, supportingtranslation of TOM requirements into solution‐level considerations
Toolsand tracking through Visio, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint to name a few
