This is an opportunity for a Design Architect specialising in luxury residential architecture to take a genuine leadership role within a design-focused practice.
Working closely with the Director, you will take ownership of the design direction across a portfolio of high-end residential projects, while playing a key role in shaping the future of the practice.
You will be responsible for leading the design of luxury residential projects from initial concept through to developed design and documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the creative and architectural design of high-end residential projects
Developing concepts and design strategies from brief through to delivery
Working closely with clients to develop and present design solutions
Taking ownership of design quality across projects
Leading design discussions and influencing key project decisions
Mentoring and guiding other architects and designers
Working closely with the Director on the creative direction of the practice
Helping develop the studio's design approach, processes and standards




Taking a hands-on role in the design and evolution of future projects
You will be an experienced Architect / Design Architect with:
10+ years' professional architectural experience
Significant experience in luxury or high-end residential architecture
A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design capability
Advanced Archicad skills
Robust conceptual and design development skills
Excellent knowledge of architectural detailing and construction
Strong understanding of the full architectural project lifecycle
Excellent communication and client presentation skills
The ability to lead projects and confidently make design decisions
A passion for high-quality residential architecture
Most importantly, you will be someone who wants to have an influence on the direction of a practice.
You may currently be a Senior Architect, Associate or Design Lead and feel ready to take the next step, or you may simply be looking for a role where your design ability has greater impact.
