Job Description
Engineering Manager
n
Bielby's NewSouth Wales team is expanding, off the back of being shortlisted on a number ofNSW tenders, we're looking for a talented Engineering Manager.
n
Based inSydney, this role will provide technical leadership and engineering governanceacross a newly awarded project, a major infrastructure initiative restoringcritical transport links across regional New South Wales.
n
This is anopportunity to do more than manage engineering outcomes. You will play acritical role in shaping Bielby's engineering capability, delivery standards,and long-term growth strategy across NSW while working alongside highlyexperienced project leaders in a collaborative, agile environment.

About You
n
n
A Bachelor's degree in CivilEngineering and RPEQ or CPEng.
n
15+ years in civil
constructionestimating
roles across large-scale infrastructure projects.
n
Significant experience in Design& Construct environments.
n
Demonstrated expertise intemporary works, constructability, staging, and project
engineeringleadership.
n
Proven ability to resolvecomplex technical and productivity challenges in live
projectenvironments.
n
Strong understanding ofAustralian Standards, client specifications, and road
authorityrequirements.
n
Demonstrated leadership ofexperienced, multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
n
Strong commercial acumen anddecision-making capability.
n
The ability to influence seniorstakeholders and drive accountability.
