The Fleet includes light vehicles, prime movers and trailers aswell as heavy earth moving plant.
Council has a modern fleet that is maintained via workshops located at Charlton, Crows Nest and Pittsworth depots with expansion in progress for field servicing.
The Charlton depot is a modern, state of the art facility.

What we offer
Juniors (under 18years) commencing at a base rate of $***** gross per hour.
Adults commencing at a base rate of $***** gross per hour.
In addition to the base rate, earn more with our Critical Worker Trade Allowance:
Juniors - additional $2.40 per hour upon commencement.
Adults - additional $4.50 per hour upon commencement.
Plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to *****% superannuation.
Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 4.00pm.

What you'll bring
Year10 education.
WHS Competency (White Card) for CPCWHS**** Prepare to work safely in the construction industry, or equivalent,



or a willingness to obtain prior to commencement
Sound numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
Interest in, motivation for, and a can-do attitude toward your work.
The preferred candidate will be required to undertake a Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical assessment to assess the ability to perform the genuine occupational requirements of the position.
