The role delivers assertive outreach to rough sleepers and clients in housing crises within a multi-agency model.
The ideal candidate has client-centred practice, knowledge of local services and experience with intake assessments and case management.
Casual hours, with shifts 8:30am–4:30pm, in Gympie.
