Job Description
Kanyirninpa Jukurrpa (KJ) is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to establish and lead its first dedicated HR function across office, communities and field sites.
n
You will recruit, onboard, manage records and contracts, align with Up-to-date Awards, and develop policies while partnering with senior leaders to shape workforce planning and development. Newman-based role with travel to remote communities; salary $120,000–$140,000 plus super and accommodation.
