Permanent Part-Time Enrolled Nurse – Respect Cohuna Village

At Respect Cohuna Village, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team in a permanent part time capacity.
n

Please note: The roster for this position is fixed and non-negotiable. Applicants must be available to work the following roster:

Week 1
n

Monday – Afternoon Shift, 3:00pm – 11:00pm
n
Tuesday – Afternoon Shift, 3:00pm – 11:00pm
n
Friday – Morning Shift, 7:00am – 3:00pm
n
Saturday – Morning Shift, 7:00am – 3:00pm
n
n
Week 2
n
n
Thursday – Afternoon Shift, 3:00pm – 11:00pm
n
Friday – Afternoon Shift, 3:00pm – 11:00pm

About the Role
n
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work alongside our Registered Nurses and dedicated care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
n
Your day will include:
n
n
Supporting resident admissions and ongoing clinical assessments.
n
Administering medications safely and accurately.
n
Maintaining clear, accurate and timely clinical documentation.
n
Contributing to resident care planning, reviews and evaluations.
n
Monitoring resident wellbeing and escalating concerns when required.
n
Working collaboratively with residents, families and the broader care team.
n
Helping create a safe,



respectful and welcoming environment where every resident is treated with dignity and compassion.

Essential Requirements
n
n
Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent).
n
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
n
Knowledge and understanding of aged care standards and accreditation requirements.
n
Strong clinical, communication and documentation skills.
n
Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
n
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
n
Ability to work the advertised permanent part-time roster.
n
