What you'll be responsible for
n
Reporting to the Sales Manager within our Certification team, you'll own new business growth for ISO certification services across Australia.
n
n
Build and manage your own pipeline of ISO certification opportunities nationally
n
Convert inbound enquiries and consultant-partner referrals into new business
n
Keep your pipeline accurate in Salesforce and your forecasts on time, every time
n
Build lasting relationships across a network of 230+ business consultant partners
n
Partner with our scheduling and finance teams to get every deal over the line
n
Bring field insight back to the team to help sharpen how we sell
n
n
Who we're looking for
n
You don't need an ISO or certification background — we'll teach you that. What we can't teach is sales instinct.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Proven sales experience in a business development or new-business role
n
Genuine drive, curiosity and follow-up discipline — you chase things down, not up
n
A customer-first approach to every enquiry, from first contact to signed deal
n
Confidence working in Salesforce or a similar CRM
n
Based in Sydney, with the flexibility to meet clients face to face when needed
n
