Managerto lead leasing activity across our Build to Rent (BTR) portfolio.

This role is ideal for someonewith hands-on residential leasing
experiencewhoenjoysfast
-paced, high-volume lease-up environments. You'llwork across newly delivered apartment communities, building leasing momentum from pre-launch through to stabilisation before transitioning to the next asset in our growing pipeline.

Rather than being tied to a single building, this role offers exposure tomultiple residential developments, working closely with
marketing,developmentand
operations teams to deliver robust occupancy outcomes and a best-in-class resident experience.

You'll:
n
n
Lead apartmentleasing activity from pre-launch through to stabilisation across BTR assets
n
Drive leasing
strategy,apartmentpricingandenquiry
-to-lease conversion
n
Lead and support leasing consultants to deliver a high-quality customer experience
n
Work closely with Marketing to support
campaigns,launchesand
leasing activations
n
Conduct apartment inspections and engage with prospective residents as a brand ambassador for apt
n
Manage high-volume applicant pipelines, approvals and lease execution using property systems
n
Monitor leasing performance,
marketconditionsand
competitor activity
n
Provide regular
reporting,forecastsand
insights on leasing progress
n




Support handover to on-site operations teams once assets stabilise
n
Transition between residential assets as new apartment communities are delivered
n
n
Whatwe'relooking for:
n
n
Proven experience inresidential leasing— ideally BTR, large apartment complexes, student accommodation, PBSA or high-volume property management environments
n
Demonstrated success deliveringhigh-volume lease-upsand achieving residential occupancy targets
n
Confident people leader with experience coaching or leading residential leasing teams
n
Strong understanding ofapartment pricing, demanddriversand renter behaviour
n
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
n
Highly organised and comfortable juggling
inspections,enquiriesand
applications in fast-moving environments
n
Experience using property management and CRM systems
n
Real estate licence or certificate of
registrationrequired
n
