Job Description
Mable is seeking a Moderation Supervisor to guide the Content Moderation team, ensuring protected and helpful experiences for users. You will supervise daily operations, coach a small team, and partner with cross‐functional teams to improve processes and the customer journey.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Incidents and Complaints, handling high‐risk cases and mentoring staff while upholding service standards and best practices across the platform.
