Job Description
Park Hyatt Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our cleaning operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and storage of equipment, under the guidance of the Manager.
n
The role does not involve food preparation, though occasional collaboration with chefs on plate-up may occur. Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, is required to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
