Bloom Hearing Specialists is seeking a CRM & Customer Activation Specialist to join our Marketing team.
This role owns the operational execution of CRM campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance reporting to drive engagement, appointments, and growth across ANZ.
You will collaborate with Marketing, BI, Contact Centre, and external vendors, maintain data quality, build audiences, configure journeys, tests, and ensure privacy compliance.
Hybrid work: 4 days in Milton Office, 1 day from home.
