Job Description
This is a hands-on role working closely with the Director and wider team to oversee and continually improve business systems, processes and client experience. You will ensure the business operates efficiently and clients receive a professional, well-managed experience throughout their build.

Key responsibilities

Manage and improve business systems, processes and workflows
n
Identify efficiencies and implement practical improvements
n
Develop and maintain procedures, templates and reporting
n
Improve information flow between administration, construction and management
n
Manage project documentation and internal processes
n
Coordinate client communication, meetings and project updates
n
Manage client follow-ups, decisions, approvals and variations
n
Liaise with clients,



architects, consultants, suppliers and the construction team
n
Identify opportunities for automation and technology to improve efficiency
n

About you
n

Highly organised, proactive and confident dealing with both clients and internal teams
n
Experience in a management role within residential construction or a similar project-based setting is highly regarded
n
Strong systems, communication and problem-solving skills
n
