Silverback Cargo Care, a leader in industrial consumables and safety solutions, invites applications for a permanent, full time Customer Service and Administrator role based at our Sunshine West branch.

You will handle inbound calls, greet walk-in customers, provide quotes and pricing, enter quotes and orders into SAP, take payments, and coordinate with the warehouse and sales team to support branch operations.
