Role

As a Manager, you will be required to perform and direct all areas of restaurant management. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position. You will promote Subway brand awareness and be a brand ambassador.

We are currently looking for a Manager to Lead our team at Subway Gold Coast University Hospital
n
Responsibilities
n
Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained
n
Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program
n
Responsible for inventory and money control systems – may establish inventory schedules.
n
Responsible for local marketing initiatives – may contact prospective guests to promote sales
n
Maintain business records
n
Skills required:

Experience in hospitality

Excellent interpersonal communication skills
