Campbellfield based, reporting to the Aftersales Director, this role is responsible for driving customer uptime, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maximising Business Unit profitability.

The role
This is a key leadership position in the Aftersales team, responsible for shaping the future of the parts business, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sustainable growth and profitability across the national network.
What you will do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 5 direct + approximately 20 indirect reports
Develop and manage the parts portfolio, including commercial programs, tools, and initiatives designed to improve parts revenue and profitability
Provide insightful analysis, reporting, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making
Develop, promote, and expand aftersales products and services for new and existing customers
Identify and drive growth opportunities within the parts business
Ensure productive inventory management, logistics performance, and distribution effectiveness throughout the national network
Who you are
To be successful as National Parts Manager, you will be a commercially astute leader with a strategic mindset and passion for delivering exceptional business outcomes.
You will bring:

commercially focused approach with the ability to identify opportunities and implement practical solutions
Proven leadership with strong people management, coaching, mentoring, and team development capabilities
Demonstrated experience managing parts operations, warehousing, inventory, and distribution
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels
Advanced capabilities in planning, analysis, reporting, and operational execution
Well-developed commercial acumen, including pricing, profitability, and business development expertise
A track record of delivering positive business outcomes through effective sales strategies, relationship management, and customer-focused initiatives
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
